Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. She started her career with the soap operas for daytime viewers like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various guest roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo has been an American actress and performer since 10th October 1977. She was born in New York, The Bronx, United States. Navedo started her acting career with daytime soap operas. Between 1995 and 1997, she was Linda Soto in ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. In 1999, she was Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Her debut film was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo played as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo as Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC program Law & Order from 2001 until 2004.
